§ 42-14-7. Deputies to superintendents.
The superintendent of banking and the superintendent of insurance may appoint one
            or more deputies to assist the superintendent in the performance of the superintendent's
            duties, who shall be removable at the pleasure of the superintendent, and the superintendent
            in the superintendent's official capacity shall be liable for any deputy's misconduct
            or neglect of duty in the performance of the deputy's official duties. Service of
            process upon any deputy, or at the office of the superintendent upon some person there
            employed, at any time, shall be as effectual as service upon the superintendent.
