§ 42-14-19. Cost of legal fees.
The director is hereby authorized and may in the director's discretion recover the
            reasonable cost of legal services provided by in-house attorneys of the office of
            legal counsel of the department of business regulation and incurred by the department
            of business regulation in matters pertaining to rate filings and examinations. Nothing
            in this section shall limit the power of the director to retain legal counsel and
            to recover the costs of such legal counsel pursuant to other provisions of the general
            laws.
