§ 42-137-2. Commission created — Composition.

(a) There is hereby created the Select Commission on Race and Police-Community Relations, hereinafter called the "select commission.�

(b) The select commission shall consist of fifteen (15) members:

(1) The attorney general, or designee;

(2) The superintendent of the state police, or designee;

(3) The chief of police of the Providence police department, or designee;

(4) The president of the Rhode Island Police Chie
