§ 42-133-17. Attorney general.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as in any way modifying or limiting, and
            the state does hereby pledge to and agree with the holders of any bonds issued under
            this chapter that the state will not modify or limit, the responsibility of the attorney
            general to administer, protect and discharge all duties, rights and obligations of
            the state under the master settlement agreement and the qualifying statute.
