§ 42-13.1-8. Amount of tolls.
The department's authority to fix and adjust the amount of tolls shall be determined
            by the costs of replacement, reconstruction, maintenance, and operation of Rhode Island's
            system of bridges and/or any portion or portions thereof, including costs associated
            with the acquisition, construction, operation, and maintenance of the toll facilities
            and administrative costs in connection therewith.
