§ 42-13.1-14. Severability.
If a part of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid, all valid parts that
            are severable from the invalid or unconstitutional part remain in effect. If a part
            of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid in one or more of its applications,
            the part remains in effect in all constitutional and valid applications that are severable
            from the invalid applications. This severability clause shall be applicable to each
            provision of this chapter, regardless of whether or not any particular provision references
            this section.
