§ 42-13-8. Maintenance of drainage systems — Consent decree compliance.

The Rhode Island department of transportation (RI DOT) shall, on or before December 15 of each year, provide an annual report to the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate illustrating its compliance with the consent decree issued by the United States District Court in the case of United States of America

v.Rhode Island Department of Transportation (Civil Action No. CV-15-433), which requires maintenance of drainage systems in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, or regulations.
