§ 42-13-5. Severability.
If any provision of this chapter and §§ 24-12-50, 31-10-19, 31-13-1, 39-18-2, 39-18-20, and 46-9-5 or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, or the application thereof to any person
            or circumstance, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder
            of the act, rule, or regulation, and the application of the provision to other persons
            or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. The invalidity of any section or sections
            of this chapter and §§ 24-12-50, 31-10-19, 31-13-1, 39-18-2, 39-18-20 and 46-9-5 shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
