§ 42-129-4. Appropriation.

There is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated for the fiscal year 2002, the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the Persian Gulf War information and relief commission for general operating expenses and to conduct a health survey profile of Persian Gulf War veterans; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer for the payment of this sum, or so much of it as may be from time to time required, upon receipt by him or her of properly authenticated vouchers.
