§ 42-128.2-8. Rulemaking.
The executive office of housing shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with chapter 35 of this title to implement this chapter, including, but not limited to, provisions to define an application and criteria to determine the significance of any application in meeting the purposes of this act.
