§ 42-128-6. Rhode Island advisory council on housing and homelessness — Membership and terms — Officers — Meetings.
(a) There hereby is created the advisory council on housing and homelessness which shall have the powers and duties set forth in this chapter.
(b) Membership. The advisory council on housing and homelessness shall have up to twenty (20) members appointed by the governor who have knowledge of, and have a demonstrated interest in, housing issues as they affect low- and moderate-income people and people experiencing homelessness.
