§ 42-125-5. Council created — Appointment of members.

The greenways council shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed in the following manner:

Two (2) members shall represent the public and shall be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate; one member shall be a city or town official and shall be appointed by the governor; one member shall be the director of administration, or the director's designee; one member shall be the chief executive officer of the commerce corporation, or the chief executive officer's designee who shall be a subordinate within the commerce corporati
