§ 42-12.3-7. Financial contributions.
The department of human services may require the payment of enrollment fees, sliding
            fees, deductibles, copayments, and/or other contributions based on ability to pay.
            These fees shall be established by rules and regulations to be promulgated by the
            department of human services or the department of health, as appropriate.
