§ 42-12.3-6. Eligibility and services.

The department of human services may enter into any necessary cooperative agreements with the department of health and/or other state agencies required to assure that for both the RIte Start and the RIte Track Programs enrollment, eligibility and service delivery can be determined and provided in a timely, efficient, and user-friendly manner. The cooperative agreements shall permit eligible persons to be enrolled at community health centers and other community-based organization(s).
