§ 42-12.3-12. Assignment of medical support rights.
Any person who is determined eligible for RIte Start, or RIte Track, or the Title
            XIX state plan is hereby deemed to have made an assignment of rights to medical support
            in accordance with § 40-6-9(b), and the provisions of § 40-6-9(b) and (d) are incorporated herein by reference and shall apply to such person.
