§ 42-12-7. Special veterans' funds.
The director of the department of human services shall have control and supervision
            over any special funds provided for decorating and installing metal markers on the
            graves of soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines, for the burial of honorably discharged
            soldiers, for the assistance of World War I veterans and other expenditures relating
            to veteran soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines.
