§ 42-12-1.3. Transfer of functions from the department of elderly affairs.
There is hereby transferred from the department of elderly affairs to the department
            of human services the following function: to provide and coordinate the "elderly/disabled
            transportationâ€� program including a passenger cost sharing program as defined and
            provided for under rules and regulations promulgated by the department.
