§ 42-114-1. Establishment of advisory committee.

There is created the Rhode Island audio/video programming advisory committee, consisting of seven (7) members: three (3) shall be appointed by the speaker of the house from among the members of the house of representatives, not more than two (2) of whom shall be from the same political party; two (2) shall be appointed by the president of the senate from among the members of the senate, not more than one of whom shall be from the same political party; and two (2) public members, one of whom shall be appointed by the speaker of the house, and one of whom shall be appointed by the president of
