§ 42-11.2-16. Funding.
Seventy percent (70%) of all funds appropriated to carry out the provisions of this
            chapter shall be designated for contracts entered into with eligible owners pursuant
            to § 42-11.2-3(b)(1), and thirty percent (30%) of all such funds shall be designated for contracts entered
            into with eligible owners pursuant to § 42-11.2-3(b)(2).
