§ 42-11.2-14. Regulations.
The executive department shall promptly develop regulations to implement the provisions
            of this chapter, pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of this
            title. These regulations may include the establishment of priorities for review of
            applications from owners in furtherance of the legislative purpose of this chapter.
