§ 42-102-8. Application of other laws.
The workforce board ("boardâ€�) shall be subject to the provisions as outlined in chapter 2 of title 38 ("Access to Public Recordsâ€�); chapter 35 of this title ("Administrative Proceduresâ€�);
            and chapter 46 of this title ("Open Meetingsâ€�). In addition, the members of the board
            shall be subject to the provisions outlined in chapter 14 of title 36 ("Code of Ethicsâ€�).
