§ 42-102-1.1. Consolidation of councils and advisory boards.
Notwithstanding any provisions of the general laws of the state to the contrary, the
            employment security advisory council is consolidated into the workforce board. Should
            there be any changes in federal law or regulations permitting the consolidation of
            other employment and training councils, boards, or advisory committees, the workforce
            board is authorized to incorporate those bodies.
