§ 42-10-20. Report on indebtedness.
The accounts shall also contain a statement of the bonded debt of the state, the amount
            of each issue outstanding, and the time when the bonds mature and are payable, together
            with the gross amount of the annual interest thereon and the amount of interest paid,
            and the amount of coupons due and unpaid, and of the bonds retired since the making
            of the last previous report.
