§ 4-8-9. Schedule of prices — Accounts of purchases.
Every proprietor of a milk gathering station shall post in a conspicuous place in
            his or her milk station, a schedule of the prices being paid for milk or cream, and
            shall keep a correct account of all the milk or cream daily received or purchased
            from each person at that milk station which account shall be open to inspection by
            any person selling or delivering milk or cream to that proprietor.
