§ 4-8-2. License required — Application.

No person, firm, association, or corporation shall buy milk or cream in the state from producers for consumption or for manufacture in the state, unless that business is regularly transacted at an office or station in the state and unless that person, firm, association, or corporation is licensed as provided in this chapter.
