§ 4-7-4. Dealing without license.
Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of buying, selling, or exchanging
            livestock, except for slaughter within seventy-two (72) hours, without a license shall
            be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than
            five hundred dollars ($500).
