§ 4-7-23. Penalty for violations.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished for
            the first offense by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) and for any
            subsequent offense by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more
            than two hundred dollars ($200) or by revocation of license for not more than one
            year.
