§ 4-7-18. Exceptions from provisions.
This chapter shall not apply to a merchant or a producer of livestock who does not
            go from place to place buying, selling, and/or transporting livestock nor shall it
            apply to a farmers' cooperative transporting livestock in connection with the operation
            of a cooperative.
