§ 4-4-23. Regulations for suppression of disease.
The director of environmental management may make all necessary regulations for the
            prevention, treatment, cure, and extirpation of any disease, and any person who fails
            to comply with any regulation made shall be fined not exceeding three hundred dollars
            ($300) or be imprisoned not exceeding one year.
