§ 4-4-22. Sale of infected animals or milk.
Any person who sells or offers to sell any cattle or other domestic animals, or any
            part of these animals, known to him or her to be infected with any contagious disease,
            or with any disease dangerous to the public health, or who sells or offers to sell
            any milk from any infected cattle or other domestic animals, shall be fined not exceeding
            one thousand dollars ($1,000) or be imprisoned not exceeding two (2) years, or both,
            in the discretion of the court.
