§ 4-4-20. Publication of information on diseases.
The director of environmental management shall endeavor to obtain full information
            in relation to any contagious disease which may prevail among cattle or other domestic
            animals near the borders of the state, and shall publish and circulate that information
            in his or her discretion. Should any contagious disease break out, or should there
            be reasonable suspicion of its existence among cattle or other domestic animals in
            any city or town in the state, he or she shall examine the cases, and publish the
            result of his or her examination, for the benefit of the public.
