§ 4-4-15. Cooperation in federal Bang's disease plan.

The state department of environmental management shall cooperate with the United States government in connection with the prevailing federal plan for the control and eradication of Bang's disease and that department may make reasonable rules and regulations governing the control and eradication of Bang's disease including federal approved vaccinal procedures; and the general assembly shall annually appropriate any sum as it may deem necessary to carry out the purposes in the operation of a plan for the payment of positive reactors to the Bang's disease test and the eradication of that contagious
