§ 4-3-9. Maintenance and examination of records.
Any authorized representative of the director may examine any records or memoranda
            pertaining to the feeding of garbage to swine. The director may require maintenance
            of records relating to the operation of equipment for and procedure of treating garbage
            to be fed to swine. Copies of those records shall be submitted to the director on
            request.
