§ 4-25-10. Other remedies.
(a) Nothing in this chapter limits any other rights or remedies available to a consumer
            under law.
         
(b) A seller and purchaser may agree to additional terms and conditions so long as they
            are not inconsistent with this chapter. The rights referred to in this chapter may
            not be waived.
