§ 4-22-8. Authorization to impound cats.
Animal control officers and their agents are authorized and empowered to impound any
            roaming or feral cat at-large and to dispose of the same pursuant to the provisions
            of § 4-19-12. Licensed animal shelters are authorized to accept any roaming or feral cat released
            to them for impoundment and to dispose of the same pursuant to the provisions of § 4-19-12.
