§ 4-2-4. Registration.

(a) No person shall manufacture a commercial feed in this state, unless he or she has filed with the director on forms provided by the director, his or her name, place of business and location of each manufacturing facility in this state.

(b) No person shall distribute in this state a commercial feed except a customer formula feed, which has not been registered pursuant to this section. The application for registration, accompanied by a sixty dollar ($60.00) per brand registration fee, shall be submitted in the manner prescribed by the director, on forms furnished by the director.
