§ 4-19-7. Dealer licenses.
No person shall operate as a dealer, as defined in this chapter, after the first day
            of the fiscal year unless a license to deal has been granted by the director to that
            person. Application for the license shall be made in the manner provided by the director.
            The license period is the fiscal year and the license fee is one hundred dollars ($100)
            for each license period or part thereof beginning with the first day of the fiscal
            year.
