§ 4-19-20. Severability.
If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision to any person
            or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application
            of any provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held
            invalid shall not be affected by this invalidity.
