§ 4-14-15. Judgment for plaintiff in replevin.
If it appears, upon the default of the defendant or otherwise, that the beasts were
            taken without sufficient or justifiable cause, the plaintiff shall have judgment for
            his or her damages caused by the unjust taking and detaining of the beasts, and for
            his or her costs of suit.
