§ 4-13-37. Agent of Robert Potter league for animals in town of Middletown as special constable.
The town council of the town of Middletown may appoint an agent of the Robert Potter
            league for animals as special constable or officer to enforce this chapter, and when
            appointed, that agent shall have all the authority and power and be subject to all
            the duties and liabilities imposed upon special officers by this chapter.
