§ 4-13-29.3. Regulations for suppression of rabies.
The rabies control board has the authority to promulgate rules and regulations necessary
            to carry out the functions required to prevent, control, or suppress rabies and every
            person who fails to comply with any regulation made shall be fined not exceeding five
            hundred dollars ($500), or be imprisoned not exceeding one year.
