§ 4-11-3. Records to be kept by dealers.
(a) Persons who import, purchase, breed, sell, exchange, barter, give away, or otherwise
            deal in psittacine birds shall keep records of each bird consisting of the following
            data:
         
(1) Breeder's name and address;
         
(2) Identifying band number;
         
(3) Species of bird;
         
(4) Date of transfer to new owner; and
         
(5) Name and address of new owner.

(a) Persons who import, purchase, breed, sell, exchange, barter, give away, or otherwise deal in psittacine birds shall keep records of each bird consisting of the following data:

(b) These records shall be kept for a minimum period of two (2) years and be subject to inspection by the local health officer or a representative of the state department of environmental management.
