§ 4-11-11. Enforcement of chapter — Rules and regulations.
The director of environmental management in cooperation with the local health officers
            shall carry out the provisions of this chapter. The director of environmental management
            is authorized to make reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the provisions
            of this chapter.
