§ 4-10-16. Penalty for violations.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be punished for the first
            offense by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) and for any subsequent
            offense by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than two hundred
            dollars ($200) or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both the fine
            and imprisonment.
