§ 39-33-5. Administrative expense. 
The commission is authorized to hire one or more consultants to assist with each task
            set forth in this chapter and may assess its actual costs to each electric distribution
            company as defined in § 39-1-2 that has greater than one hundred thousand (100,000) customers in a manner to be
            determined by the commission.
