§ 39-26.7-3. Definitions.
When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(1) "Commissionâ€� means the Rhode Island public utilities commission.
         
(2) "Divisionâ€� means the division of public utilities and carriers.
         
(3) "Nonregulated power producerâ€� shall have the same meaning as that which is contained
            in § 39-1-2.
