§ 39-26.6-11. Power purchase agreements not required.
The distributed-generation growth program shall be implemented and administered exclusively
            through the tariff structure and procedures set forth in this chapter, and the electric
            distribution company shall not be required to execute power purchase agreements for
            the procurement of the renewable energy distributed-generation capacity requirements
            set forth in this chapter.
