§ 39-26.2-9. Interaction with other statutory provisions.
Except as expressly differentiated in this chapter, standard contracts entered into
            pursuant to this chapter shall be treated for all purposes as long-term contracts
            entered into under the provisions of the long-term contracting standards for renewable
            energy found in chapter 26.1 of this title, and all such provisions shall apply to
            such contracts.
