§ 39-13-4. Application for certificate — Fee — Domicile of applicant.
A certificate shall be issued only after written application for a certificate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250), has been made by the owner of the jitney; provided, however, that this fee shall not apply to any city or town, or any agency or department of any city or town of the state, or any nonprofit jitney service utilized for the transportation of senior citizens.
