§ 37-7.1-5. Transfer of Smithfield property.

The director of the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, upon written request of the executive director of the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation, is hereby authorized and directed to grant, transfer, and convey in fee simple or otherwise, as set forth in such request, in the name of and for the state of Rhode Island to the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation that certain real estate described below and all improvements thereon belonging to the state of Rhode Island situated in the town of Smithfield, Rhode Island, or portions thereof as determined by the executive d
